Who we are
Ultima Enterprise ("Ultima", "we", "us") provides marketplace operations software for connected sellers (including Allegro, Erli, and eBay). This page describes how we handle information when you use our application and related OAuth connections.
Information we process
- Account details you provide (for example email and name used to sign in).
- Marketplace connection data required to operate your stores (OAuth tokens, account identifiers, listing and order metadata synced from marketplaces you authorize).
- Operational logs needed to run sync jobs, diagnose errors, and keep the service secure.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide and improve Ultima Enterprise: authenticate users, sync catalog and order data you request, and maintain security and reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Marketplace OAuth
When you connect a marketplace account (for example eBay), Ultima receives access tokens and related account data so we can call that marketplace's APIs on your behalf. You can disconnect a marketplace connection in Ultima at any time; you should also revoke access in the marketplace's own account settings if available.
Retention & security
We retain data for as long as needed to operate your account and meet legal obligations. Access tokens and secrets are stored with encryption where the product supports it. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting your Ultima administrator or the operator of this deployment. Disconnecting marketplace OAuth stops further API access with those tokens.
